Cost: The registration fee is $90 per person if you register by August 15, and $100 per person after that. Why the difference in fees? We need the numbers as early as possible for event planning.

What does my ticket include? The evening's entertainment will feature a DJ, and the dining experience will include a wide variety of appetizers and stations, including a pasta station, and a carving station featuring sirloin, as well as dessert. There will be a cash bar, but coffee, tea and soft drinks will be free. We will also be distributing a memorial booklet, which will honor classmates that we have lost over the years, so the ticket price covers printing of those as well as name badges and postage.

More on Cost: We are looking at options to fund registration for a small number of our classmates for whom the fee would be burden. If you are interested in being a sponsor, or being sponsored, please email us at reunion@becouncilrock.org. All inquiries will be treated confidentially. 

Attire: Generally, business casual is the way to go. But the fashion police won't be allowed in, so . . . 

Refunds: Best laid plans and all that. If you register well in advance (and we hope you do), but find you won't be able to attend, please contact us at the email provided to arrange a refund.

Other Activities/Schedule for the Weekend: We are working through a number of options, including a tour of the high school, a football game, a happy hour (any of which might happen Friday or into Saturday). Also maybe a breakfast meet-up on Sunday for a post-game wrap-up. Nothing has been settled, and we'll put the word out as soon as it is. But if you are looking at airfares and hotels, check those Friday-Sunday options.
